SME Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

To qualify for CleanMii's SME programme, your business must:

• Be registered in Kenya with a valid business registration certificate.
• Have fewer than 250 employees.
• Have an annual turnover of less than KES 500 million.
• Operate from a fixed business premises.

Service Terms

Services are scheduled based on your business requirements. Standard collection frequency ranges from daily to weekly. Emergency collections are available at a supplementary fee within 4 hours of request. All waste is processed in compliance with NEMA regulations.

Contract Duration

SME contracts are available in 6-month, 12-month, and 24-month terms. Longer contracts offer more favourable pricing. Contracts automatically renew unless either party gives 30 days written notice before the end of the contract term.

Support & SLA

SME clients receive dedicated account management with a guaranteed response time of 2 business hours. Our service level agreement ensures 99% collection reliability. Any missed collections are rescheduled within 24 hours at no additional cost.

Cancellation

Early cancellation may incur a fee equal to 25% of remaining contract value. No cancellation fee applies if CleanMii fails to meet the agreed service level for 3 consecutive months.
